Data Quality and Analytics team is looking for a data-loving person who could help us accelerate providing insights and clarity to all Infare’s departments. The team is responsible for facilitating both real time and batch data needed for business decisions and indicate areas of improvement. In Infare we collect 2 billion flight ticket records and our team process 200 million analytical rows on daily basis. Our team consists of Data Engineers and a Data Analyst.
We are preparing to move our Data Analytics pipeline to AWS cloud and we’re looking for an experienced Data Engineer who could help us to make this transition.
As a Data Engineer, you will work closely with all departments to understand their complex systems and create efficient data pipelines. The systems vary from a simple CRM integration to complex real time data collection metrics. You will also participate in data management activities such as analyzing complex data elements, data flows, dependencies, and relationships to build consistent business intelligence solutions.
Areas of responsibility:
- Leading Cloud migration project of existing analytical solutions
- Development of efficient and scalable data pipelines to ingest and expose business data
- Collaborate with Data Analysts to build data and analytics solutions
- Work on data modeling and database design to ensure that systems are able to cope with vast amounts of data
Your experience:
- Implementation of Data Warehouse / Data Lake solutions
- Successful integration of cost-effective data pipelines with multiple data sources, data destinations
- Experience in configuring scheduled jobs orchestration
- Identify, design and implement improvements to internal business processes allowing to optimize data delivery, automate manual processes
Skills:
- AWS stack – (Glue, Athena, Redshift, Kafka, Lambda)
- Worked deeply with any relational database system (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- It would be great if you worked with at least one of Databricks, Snowflake, NoSQL databases
- Python
- Nice to have:
- Azure DevOps, DataDog
- Iaac with Terraform
- Airflow
- PowerBI

- Salary: starts from 4000 EUR Gross
