About the team.

We are looking for a Team Leader to ensure successful daily operations, further develop the team and each team member and reach business goals.

The team consists of 7 members and is focusing on data collection for our clients for the best pricing options for our clients.

As a Team Leader, you will:

People management area:

  • Drive and represent the company’s culture & values;
  • Follow and explain company/team processes, procedures and policies to the team members;
  • Prepare and implement team roadmap, operations & budget;
  • Organize the daily workload of the team (set goals, priorities, track results, solve and manage daily operations of the team);
  • Plan and ensure setup of a team (hire and retain team members);
  • Develop new and existing team members (train newcomers, drive performance reviews, support on development plans and actions, drive 1on1s);
  • Ensure a motivated, cooperative working environment in the team.

Technical area:

  • Solve daily data collection problems, lead issue resolution process, ensure timely resolution of it;
  • Provide suggestions and ideas to optimize data collection tools, procedures, etc.;
  • Supervise and ensure the quality of common tools and functionalities (DCF, VCF, Templates);
  • Consult customers, colleagues and partners on data collection questions based on team specialization;
  • Sharing experience, expertise and knowledge with other team members;
  • Supervise long-term projects and tools.

Managerial:

  • Successful Team management experience / Successful specialist’s experience in senior positions;
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Capability to focus on company goals among many tasks;
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Sense of responsibility on the importance of your work;
  • Ability to work independently.

Bonus:

  • Hands-on experience in Data Extraction positions.

Technical:

  • Advanced knowledge of C# or other Objective oriented programing language;
  • Proven ability to raise and carry out ideas and suggestions to optimize data collection workflow;
  • Initiative (working on complex issues, going extra mile, etc.);
  • Analytical attitude to mistakes;
  • Ability to make good decisions in vague situations based on experience and knowledge of policies and procedures.
  • Bonus: Expertise in the Data Extraction processes;
