About the HR Business Partner role:
A great part of Infare success belongs to people, therefore we put them to the high priority. We have solid HR processes implemented in the company and our culture means a lot to us. And we want to do even more!
Infare is looking for a HR Business Partner to support, maintain and develop HR processes at the company. The role will report to the Head of People and will work closely with managers of various departments and locations.
Main responsibility would be to support both the employees and managers across all of our locations with all needed HR services and employee lifecycle. Your major focus would be hands-on processes such as performance management, training and development, engagement, retention, supporting and maintaining our HR tools and more. We already have many processes in place, so HR projects mostly are about getting into the next level of leadership, organizational maturity, job map and salary levels, succession planning, L&D programs, DE&I, performance efficiency and similar.
Areas of responsibility:
- Operate as a HR Business Partner and closely collaborate with Heads and Team Leaders regarding all HR processes maintenance and development.
- Support and consult employees about employee lifecycle or any other related topic.
- Support Performance Management process and what is around it (OKRs, Development plans, Values, Compensation and etc)
- Create, polish and upgrade training programs for management, leadership and other topics that enables people to grow.
- Support the engagement survey process and retention programs.
- Take care of new joiners by making sure that On-boarding process goes smooth.
- Maintain, develop, and improve our internal HR processes and HR tools.
- Act as the main point of contact in all HR matters.
- Work closely with other HR members to make sure that internal HR processes are aligned and integrated.
- Take day-to-day operational responsibility for employment contracts administrative processes, such as employment contract preparation, salary adjustment processes, and etc. ( no worries, we don’t have them too much)
- Give a hand to Recruiter in case we need support there.
Skills & Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven successful experience in similar People partner or HR Business Partner position.
- Experience in IT and/or international company.
- Experience in supporting international Managers and teams is important.
- Experience in main HR processes such as performance management, on-boarding, training and development, engagement, compensation and etc.
- Knowledge and experience in employee relationship, GDPR and employment law (Lithuanian labor law).
- With your hands-on attitude you roll up sleeves and get involved in all aspects of the role – no job too big or too small.
- You are great at prioritizing and managing multiple challenges simultaneously.
- You communicate fluently in English as it’s our companies language.
- Knowledge how to work with HRIS (Hibob and Recruitee)

- Salary range: from 3306 EUR to 4133EUR Gross
