Data Subject Request Form

As an individual, you have rights in relation to your personal data. Please complete this form, with the necessary details, to assist us in actioning your personal data request. Please note, if inaccurate or incomplete information is provided, Infare shall not be able to process the request.

 

What happens once you’ve submitted your request?

First, written acknowledgement of the request will be provided. Infare will contact you within five working days to validate your identity and request, using the information provided in the Data Subject Request Form. This is part of Infare security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized requests.

How long does it take to respond?

Once validated, Infare shall process your request. Whilst the Data Protection regulations stipulate that Infare have one calendar month to respond, Infare shall endeavor to complete your request as soon as practically possible within this timeframe. In special circumstances, the response time may be extended by a further two months. You will be informed about such extension.

Will you always receive everything you asked for?

Not always. Your right of access does not entitle you to receive full copies of original documents held – only your personal information contained in documentation held by Infare or details of Infare systems in which your personal information is referenced.

Will Infare charge a fee?

Infare will provide you with a copy of your personal information free of charge. However, Infare may charge a reasonable fee to cover administrative costs if we believe your request is manifestly unfounded, excessive or if you ask for further copies of your information following a request. In circumstances where Infare is charging a fee, the one-month time limit does not begin until the fee is received.
