When do we collect personal data about you?

  • When you provide your data by applying to our vacant position(s) via or any other communications means.
  • When we approach you via LinkedIn in which the personal data of candidates is available to us on the basis of the contract between the candidates and LinkedIn and you agree to participate in the recruitment process.
  • When having your consent, we store your data in our database.
  • When your data is provided to us by third parties who provide us with search and selection services for candidates.


How do we use personal data?

We collect and use personal data only to perform recruitment activities and for the processing of job applications.

We may use your information for the following purposes:

  • In recruitment for a certain vacant position; or
  • In recruitment to propose any other vacant position(s) (when we have your consent to approach you for this purpose).


Our legal basis for processing personal data

Processing personal data based on consent.

  • The collection of personal data based on consent from the data subject will be done by using ‘consent forms’ that will store documentation related to the consent given by the individual. Individual consents will always be stored and documented in our systems.
    Processing personal data at request of data subject (legitimate interest)

    • In case you applied for a vacant position or in other way contacted us, we’ll process your data for the particular purpose you’ve approached us for.
      What type of personal data is collected?

      • If you apply for a job, we collect the data you provide during the application process.
      • If we approach you via LinkedIn, we collect the data you provide in the LinkedIn platform.
      • We do not collect or process any special categories of personal data, such as public unique identifiers or sensitive personal data.

        How long do we keep your personal data?

        • When the personal data that we have collected is no longer required, we will delete it in a secure manner. We may process data for statistical purposes, but in such cases, data will be anonymized. For the purpose of clarity, electronic mailboxes of Infare’s employees are considered as one single unit of data, therefore, communication with you carried out by e-mail is not reviewed and not erased.
        • In case you participate in the selection process for a certain vacancy, your data shall be destroyed no later than within four (4) months from the end of such selection, unless you give your consent to process your data in our database of potential employees.
        • Your data from our database of potential employees shall be deleted in three (3) years from the date of data included in the database. In case you cancel your consent to store your data in our database, your data will be deleted within seven (7) days of receipt of the request.

          Who may access your personal data?

          Your personal data may be disclosed:

          • Only to authorized Infare employees or representatives who are in contact with you or who are responsible for and participate in recruitment. Note that we never share your personal information with third parties.
          • We will disclose your personal information only if required by law or if we, as a company, reasonably believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our company’s rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process. However, we will do what we reasonably can to ensure that your privacy rights continue to be protected.

            Your rights and how you may exercise them

            • to be informed about how your personal information is being used.
            • to require access to your personal data.
            • to request a copy of your personal data that Infare holds about you.
            • to require rectification of your personal data.
            • to require erasure of your personal data.
            • to withdraw consent regarding processing of your personal data (e.g. consent to store your data in our database).
            • to request a restriction on further data processing.
            • to lodge a complaint.


              Right to lodge a complaint

              • If you are unhappy with the way we process your personal data, please contact us at, and we’ll do our best to improve. We seek to ensure that each complaint is investigated as soon as possible but no later than within 30 days of receipt.
