Company Milestones

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Building an inclusive market

At Infare, we believe that the diversity of culture, gender, age and experience can boost the success of our company, employees, customers and shareholders. We do promote a supportive and respectful environment that ensures everyone belongs, is valued and respected.

We know the gender gap in tech is exceptionally high – women represent only 26% of the global tech workforce.

Starting in 2023, Infare sponsors the Women Go Tech Acceleration Program, designed for women who want to get support and take steps toward their first position in the tech sector. By collaborating with Women Go Tech, we aim to build an inclusive market, eliminate stereotypes, speak up, and live by the values of diversity & inclusion.

Equal opportunities

Infare is an employer that takes a responsible approach to ensure equal opportunities in the workplace. As such, our Vilnius office has been awarded “Wings of equal opportunities”  by the Office of the Equal Opportunities Ombudsman in November 2022.

Infare has adopted an equal opportunities policy, which defines the main principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination and establishes monitoring and implementation measures.

We ensure that every candidate, regardless of race, gender, age or disability, is considered for Infare positions. We aim to ensure transparency and impartiality in job selection processes. We recruit, hire, and promote employees based on their work performance, not personal characteristics. Our selection process regards the skills, knowledge and experience of our candidates. With this in mind, many women in technical roles have been relocated from other positions or changed their career paths entirely.

We welcome people who are interested in IT, have a passion for technology, and want to contribute to their growth. Careers can be switching from different career paths, business experience is also highly welcome.

We value all feedback and regularly conduct surveys to hear from all of our employees. We’re always looking for ways to improve our workplace and culture.

Respect, integrity and hard work are part of our core values – we treat each other fairly, listen and learn from each other, act with honesty and transparency and focus on continuous learning. We respect the contributions of everyone in the organisation, including our colleagues and the people we work with.

We believe equality is a key component of diversity, equity and inclusion, and we are committed to continuous improvement of our practices.

Awards

Infare has been elected Gazelle Company for three years in a row by the leading Danish business newspaper Børsen.

Since 1995 Børsen has identified the companies representing “Denmark’s growth elite”. The award is assigned every year on the basis of growth and profitability.

In 2014, a total of 80,000 Danish companies were included in the number of assessed candidates.

As only 12% of the Gazelle Companies get named more than once, receiving the Award in 2012, 2013 and 2014 represents a remarkably important accomplishment for our company.
